The scent is the real winner here — it actually smells like fresh peonies, not that fake perfumy stuff. I used it for a shoulder massage and it absorbed without leaving a greasy film.
I was half expecting something powdery and old-fashioned, but this oil genuinely captures that crisp, just-bloomed peony smell. It absorbs nicely during a massage without leaving that greasy film, and the floral lift is subtle enough to not overpower the room.
I wasn’t expecting the oil to feel so silky on the skin—it glides on perfectly for a massage without leaving that sticky residue. The peony scent is light enough that it doesn’t overpower the room, just a soft floral whisper the whole time.
